Bili Reupload is a personal command-line tool operated by the owner of this site for his own use. It is not offered to the public as a product or a service.
The tool runs locally and acts only on the operator’s own YouTube channel. No account is offered to anyone else, and no third party is given access to it.
Videos are republished only where the operator has obtained permission from the rights holder. Each upload credits the original creator and links to the original video. Anyone who believes a video was republished without permission may write to the address below and it will be taken down.
The tool is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
